Rediscover Joy
After Hardship
The work we do is far deeper than “good vibes only”. Our mission is to confront grief and develop skills to cope (and thrive!) with the challenges of today and the ones yet to come.
We help spiritual women who have experienced profound grief to reclaim their new normal and even find joy again. A Trauma-Informed Life Coach and Certified Transformational Energy Coach have carefully curated the content for our programs to foster the deepest breakthroughs. Our approach is holistic based, leveraging tools like energy clearing, tapping, community, muscle testing, intuitive listening, essential oils, and so much more.
Grief Processing Myths
Myth: “If you just choose to be happy, you will!”
The truth is, trauma and grief aren’t things you just “choose” to get over. They will always be there, but they can take up less space in your daily life.
Myth: “You should be better by now.”
There is no timeline for healing. It’s also not a destination you arrive at and then the work is done. It’s a lifelong journey that can be more profound than anything you’ll do.
Myth: “It’s best to distance yourself from the grief to fully heal.”
The deepest growth comes when you confront the pain. You may feel worse before you feel better, but it’s so worth it!
Meet Katie & Alyson
We are no strangers to grief. Losing a child, living with bipolar, experiencing divorce, and sinking into depression have shown us that there’s tremendous power in healing together instead of in isolation. “Joyful Living” is not just a platitude like “good vibes only”. Here, we confront the grief and use proven holistic and spiritual tools to get unstuck.
