The Katie and Alyson LLC d/b/a Joyful Living(“Katie and Alyson LLC”) Terms of Use/Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) addresses how Katie and Alyson LLC handles personal information collected and received from and through the Katie and Alyson LLC Website, as well as Katie and Alyson LLC’s use of information collected about you through your use of the Katie and Alyson LLC Website and Katie and Alyson LLC social media pages. Katie and Alyson LLC does not sell personal information to outside parties. Katie and Alyson LLC will not release email addresses that you provide to us to outside parties except as may be required by law to protect Katie and Alyson LLC’s legal rights.

Personal information is obtained from online transactions such as professional development registrations, online purchases, email newsletters, online surveys, or membership purchases. By posting messages, uploading files, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you are granting Katie and Alyson LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to:

Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication.

Payment

By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Payment Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not subscribe to our service.

Subscription Service/Subscription Plan: Katie and Alyson LLC offers a monthly subscription plan that provides access to the Joyful Living Membership Area.
Billing Cycle: Your subscription will be billed monthly in advance. Your first payment will be charged upon completion of the subscription registration, and subsequent payments will be billed on the same date each month. It will be billed on the 27th of every month for the next month membership.
Payment: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information. We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all transactions. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provided for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. We do not have access to your personal banking data, and all payment information is processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellation and Refunds/Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through our third party payment options. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
