Joy is an undercurrent in our lives. It is not in-your-face excitement or momentary pleasure.
It is a combination of many experiences such as peace, contentment, surety, growth, groundedness, connection, even grief.
Joy is the combination of the whole and having the capacity to accept and embrace it all.
Is it even possible to find joy after extreme hardship?
Here’s the thing… It is absolutely possible if you are willing to put in the work.
Not only have we personally experienced it, but so have many of our clients. The Joyful Method expands your capacity for joy while giving you invaluable tools to combat the challenges of today and the ones yet to come.
It’s important to understand that grief never leaves us. Those excruciating experiences will always be a part of who we are.
The goal is to give them space to fully move through us so our emotions don’t get trapped. Only then are you primed for deeper healing.

Live Clearing Call
2x every month, we will host live group clearing calls. This is where we will deepen the work, put things into practice, and get support from our community. Studies have shown that those with an attentive support system are significantly more likely to thrive after hardship.
The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) involves tapping specific pressure points on the body - similar to those used in acupressure. It’s an effective method to calm the nervous system, release heavy emotions, and experience more joy as you let go of anxiety, stress, or grief.
Tapping Script
This 2-3 minute song will help clear negative energy allowing you to let go of old patterns. Music releases endorphins, calms anxiety, and stabilizes the immune system. We are vibrational beings so music creates physiological changes in the body and mind.
Healing Song
Our brains are wired for survival, not growth. It takes intentional work to reprogram the subconcious mind and convince it that healing and joy are possible. Affimations disrupt negative thought patterns. They essentially train your inner voice to be kinder to you.
Affirmations
Essential oils are concentrated plant oils that have a powerful effect on the brain’s limbic system. This system regulates our mood, emotions, and behavior. Each month we create a unique blend (focused on that month’s theme). Available as an optional add-on.
Essential Oil Blend
Visualization, or mental imagery, is a mental exercise that involves creating images in your mind of things you want to achieve. It can help you regulate emotions and see the person hidden beneath the hardship. It’s a powerful way to connect more deeply with YOU.
Guided Meditation
Journaling creates an environment of self-reflection that acts like a reset button. If the theme was “Connecting to Yourself”, some prompts could be: “When was the first time I remember abandoning myself?” or “I feel most at peace when…”

Our community experience will happen on the live calls and in our Discord group. This is a supportive and safe space to connect with other women who know what it’s like to carry the unimaginable. (Discord is a free group messaging app).
